Abstract
Organizational learning is getting more and more important, especially because of globalization, shorter development cycles, dynamic markets etc. Logistics are fully involved in this per-manent change. The work provides answers to the question, what requirements a certain logistics maturity level defines for the employees and the organiza-tion of an enterprise in a situational model of logistics. The learning model of logistics explains what implications are induced by trans-forming the challenges of each development stage into concrete requirements for organizational learning. Additionally the results of an analysis show, what kind of learning methods and didactical elements are appropriately supporting the further development of logistics according to situational matters. The case study in the semiconductor industry explains how the classification in the situational model of logistics is applied, which deficits according learning were identified and how the implementation of an appropriate learning method can be driven towards actual improvement results.
