Kapazitätserweiterung eines Mahlwerkes

The increasing globalization of the markets makes it more difficult for companies to respond quickly to market changes. Especially plant intensive process industry must be prepared for changes in the operational environment as good as possible. The thesis describes a capacitive extension of a medium-sized company in the process industry. The expansion concept shows the capacitive and logistic limitations of the actual state. The solution and necessary investment for the target state are derived and discussed with possible scenarios. The goal of this work is a solution, which includes the optimal inbound material flow that can be achieved at the company site, such that the increased flow rates can be handled easily by the in-house logistics.
