Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to show a way of project controlling in a timely manner. To achieve this, it is necessary to analyze the theoretical background of project management. In this context, the main focus of attention is on the project controlling, which includes the reporting. The author identifies key elements, which are essential for a fast and effective project controlling. Based on the outcome a concept for a new controlling tool is developed.
