Abstract

Within this thesis, solutions for the material in- and output of the Flash-Reactor pilot plant considering investment costs and the areal conditions at the pilot plant stations at the chair of thermal processing will be developed. For gathering more information about the material components, the formation of dusts in steel industry is investigated. Furthermore a comparison was accomplished between the Reco-Dust and other recycling proceedings used in the waste industry. Plant- and proceeding description lead to the demands on the material input. The catalogue of requirements leads to the final layout of the input. Concepts for the material output were developed taking account of the knowledge of experienced ironworkers and problems as well as sources of hazard were recognized and solved. Within this thesis answers for the plant start up and long term aims for better skills in material and equipment were found.
