Abstract
In order to integrate BIM, Building Information Modeling into the civil engineering processes, the aim of this work is the automation of as-built documentation in mechanized and conventional tunneling. As a prerequisite for the possibility of automation, the standardized families are generated using the software Autodesk Revit. These families are integrated into construction processes by means of programming software and visualized there as structures. For comparison, three different software solutions are tested in this thesis, Dynamo for visual programming as an add-on to Revit, SharpDevelop and Visual Studio as integrated development environments.
